"We required a new boiler (which wasn't a shock) but the impact of having no heating and how water was significant with two young children.
Connor and his team were fantastic start to finish. He came out on the same day. Connor explained exactly why and what had broken in layman terms to help us understand and by showing me pictures.
He gave us pricing options etc. In order to choose the right boiler for us.
The installation - they were on time, tidy and courteous, as well as being mindful of restrictions.
During installation was a problem that was out with Connors control but he bent over backwards to solve it, working with his suppliers to get us up and running ASAP.
Overall we felt we had a first class, well priced service from a friendly team who really cared!

They were extremely hard-working and arrived on time every morning, working up until the very end of each day. Even when an error on our part meant additional work needed to be done the following week, they were very accommodating, and Connor arranged for two of his team to come the same day to finish everything. We couldn’t fault the work that they’ve done in our house and we are already planning on using Calderwood Plumbing and Heating for a further job in our bathroom. A very professional, friendly and efficient service. Communication was brilliant throughout, work was to a very high standard and our home was always left tidy at the end of each day.
